Disassembly & Inspection

The filter is removed from the vehicle. Backpressure pre-testing via diagnostics is recommended for report comparison. Then, filter openings are sealed using universal tapered adapters.

Chemical Phase

The filter is filled for 20–30 minutes with specialized DPF Pro Cleaner fluid. This agent dissolves hardened soot and softens ash structure without damaging precious metals.

Machine Wash

The filter is connected to DPF PRO+. The unit uses compressed air energy released in cyclical pulses combined with water flow. The process ends with hot compressed air drying.

PRESSURE CONTROL
